Articles can be returned within 14 days of receipt. However, the prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you have only worn the goods for a fitting, as in a retail shop, and return the goods complete and intact. After this period has expired, it is no longer possible to return the goods. The right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers.
Step by step guide
- Completely fill out the return note enclosed in the order.
- Place the article in its original packaging including the return note in the package.
- Post the package. The costs for the return by post are to be paid by the customer.
- After receipt of the goods, we will refund the received payment within 14 days.
